How we use it
To design and refine your protocol, fulfill orders, provide dietitian care, and improve our model. We never sell your data, and we never share identified health data with advertisers.
Who can see your health data
You. Your matched dietitian (Pro members). Our pharmacist of record. No one else, unless you give explicit consent or a court order requires disclosure.
Storage & security
Health data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Bloodwork uploads use HIPAA-aligned infrastructure with audit logs and least-privilege access.
Your rights
Export, correct, or delete your data anytime from your dashboard, or by emailing privacy@chronopack.com. We honor GDPR and CCPA requests within 30 days.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for sign-in and a small set of privacy-friendly analytics. No third-party advertising trackers.
