The protocol

How is my protocol personalized?: Your quiz inputs are mapped against 40+ biomarkers and drug-nutrient interaction databases. A pharmacist reviews every protocol before release. No two members get the same stack.
What if I'm already on medication?: Tell us during the quiz. We screen against 600+ common medications and flag anything that needs your physician's review.
How often is my protocol updated?: Every 90 days for Core members; monthly for Pro members based on your dietitian's adjustments.

Who are the dietitians?: Credentialed Registered Dietitians (RD/RDN) licensed in the US. Most hold an MS in clinical nutrition. You're matched based on your goals.
How does the video consult work?: Secure 45-minute video call once per quarter. You can also message your RD anytime in the app.
Do you offer bloodwork?: Yes — at-home panels covering 50+ markers. Annual panel is included for Pro members; additional draws are available at cost.

How much does it cost?: Core is $59/month. Pro + Dietitian is $129/month. Both include free shipping in the US.
Can I pause or cancel?: Anytime, from your dashboard. No phone calls, no retention scripts.
Do you ship internationally?: Currently US and Canada. UK and EU coming this year — join the waitlist on the contact page.
What's your guarantee?: 60 days. If your first protocol doesn't make a noticeable difference, we'll refund it in full.
